Motivating myself here. Am involved in a cupcake exchange on Ravelry, which is lots of fun, and I've assembled some goodies but not all. Have to knit a cake rapidly, which is actually very easy then its mucho fun choosing bling to decorate it with. But I've just got to get on with it and I'm mightily easily distracted. Soooo, of course I've just spent time on Flickr and Big Huge Labs choosing some of my favourite summer roses with cupcakes shots (not my garden roses unfortunately) and certainly no roses out now. I'm soooo glad that I took these shots. They're a joy forever.

They are beautiful. My dad is a rose-grower and every now and then I score a lovely bunch.
